On which devices can MiniTakip be used?

The mobile app works on iOS and Android phones and tablets. The corporate management center is used from the computer via the browser.

Do teachers and parents use the same application?

Yes, the same application is used. Depending on the role of the person logging in, the screens, authorizations, and records seen vary; The parent only sees his own child's stream.

Is our data safe?

Data transfer is done over encrypted connections and each user only accesses the records associated with their role. Processed data categories and your application rights are explained in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Text.

Do notifications truly reach parents instantly?

As soon as the teacher enters the record, a notification is sent to the parent. Even if the parent does not open the notification, all content can be viewed by selecting the date in the daily flow in the application.

Can nurseries use it too?

Yes. MiniTakip was designed for kindergartens, nurseries and day care centers. Class structure according to age groups is defined by the institution.

Can we easily transfer our current students?

Student, parent and class records are created from the registration center in the institution's management center. You can get help from our support team during the transfer.

How long does the installation process take?
