MiniTakip is a new product and continues to be developed together with institutions. On this page we only explain what the product is, what it solves and how you can reach us.
MiniTakip is a tracking and management platform that runs the day of preschools, nurseries and daycare centres in a single app. Attendance, daily flow, meals, sleep, development, health, announcements, messaging and fee records are all attached to the same student file.
In preschool institutions information usually sits in three separate places: the class notebook, a messaging group and a spreadsheet. In that setup records are collected at the end of the day, responsibility stays tied to individuals, and continuity breaks when staff change. MiniTakip takes the record as the work happens and keeps it in one place.
There is a separate screen for three users. The teacher enters the records of the classes they are responsible for; the director follows institution-wide data from the management centre; the parent sees only their own child's daily flow and reports.
The goal is not to add new work to the classroom but to make recording the existing work easier. That is why entering a record takes few steps, no separate end-of-day report has to be written, and the information sent to parents is produced from the same record.
