1. Data controller

2. Categories of personal data processed

• Identity: first name, last name, user role, school and class affiliations.
• Contact: email address, phone number, notification preferences.
• Education and operations: attendance records, daily activity reports, class rosters, parent-student-teacher matches.
• Visual and content: photos, announcements, messages and notes shared for educational purposes.
• Financial transaction: subscription and purchase verification records.
• Technical security: IP information, device and application version, error logs, transaction logs and notification tokens.

3. Purposes of processing personal data

• Opening a MiniTakip account, verifying identity and providing authorized access.
• Carrying out school management, classroom management, parent information and student follow-up processes.
• To offer messaging, notification, announcement and report sharing functions.
• Carrying out subscription, payment, invoicing and accounting processes.
• To fulfill information security, auditing, demand management and legal obligations.
• Measuring service quality, reviewing error records and improving the product.

4. Collection methods

Personal data; It is collected electronically via mobile application, website, admin panel, school application forms, user accounts, Firebase infrastructure, in-app notifications, support requests and application store integrations.

5. Legal reasons

• KVKK article 5/2-c: Being directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract.
• KVKK Article 5/2-ç: Fulfillment of the legal obligation of the data controller.
• KVKK Article 5/2-e: Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
• KVKK article 5/2-f: Legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned.
• Explicit consent within the scope of KVKK Articles 5/1 and Article 6, where necessary.

6. Special personal data

As a rule, MiniTakip does not aim to collect sensitive personal data. If users share health, disability or similar special information for education/student tracking purposes, these data are processed only within the scope of provision of the relevant service, parent-school communication and legal obligations.

7. Transfer of personal data

Personal data; It can be shared with authorized school administrators, teachers, parents, service providers, payment and application store infrastructures, legal consultants and authorized public institutions for a limited purpose.

Due to cloud and notification services, Google Firebase and Google Cloud infrastructures can be used. In this context, international transfer may be possible.

8. Storage periods

Data is stored as long as the purpose of processing continues, during the period when the account is active and for the periods stipulated by the relevant legislation. When the reason for storage no longer exists, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

9. Data subject rights

Within the scope of KVKK article 11; You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is processed, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the persons to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data, to request deletion/destruction, to request that the transactions be notified to third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to an adverse result as a result of automatic analysis, and to claim compensation in case you suffer damage.
