2. Categories of data we collect

MiniTakip only processes data necessary for education management, school-teacher-parent communication and service security.

• Identity and contact data: name, surname, email, phone, role and account information.
• School and classroom data: school name, classroom, authorization information, teacher and student matches.
• Student and parent data: student name, class information, parent contact information, attendance and daily follow-up records.
• Content data: teacher notes, daily reports, announcements, messages and educational photos.
• Technical data: device information, app version, Firebase authentication records, notification tokens, error logs and usage analytics.
• Payment and subscription data: purchase verification information from the relevant payment provider; The card number is not stored by MiniTakip.

3. Our purposes for processing data

• Creating, verifying and authorizing user accounts.
• To carry out communication and daily follow-up processes between the school, teacher, parent and student.
• To provide notification, announcement, report and message functions.
• Offering application features such as photo and report sharing.
• Security, debugging, preventing abuse and improving service quality.
• Subscription, payment verification, billing and fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal reasons

Personal data; It is processed based on the legal grounds of establishment or execution of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, establishment or protection of a right, legitimate interest and, where necessary, express consent.

Data regarding students and children are processed within the scope of the school's educational service and parent/legal representative relationship, with access limited to authorized users.

5. Third party service providers

MiniTakip receives support from some reliable technology providers to run the service. These providers process data solely for service delivery, security, analytics or payment verification.

• Google Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics.
• App store or payment provider infrastructures.
• Authorized public institutions and courts in case of legal obligation.

6. Data transfer and international transfer

Data is shared with authorized roles and service providers within the school for a limited purpose. MiniTakip does not sell personal and sensitive user data.

Due to cloud infrastructure and technology providers, some data may be processed on servers abroad. These transfers are carried out taking into account applicable data protection legislation and service provider security requirements.

7. Storage and deletion

Personal data is kept for as long as the account is active and for the retention periods required by the relevant legislation. When the purpose of processing no longer exists, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Security

MiniTracking; It implements technical and administrative measures such as data transmission via HTTPS, Firebase security rules, role-based access, authentication and authorization checks.

No system can guarantee absolute security; Therefore, users should keep their account information confidential and contact the support team if unauthorized access is suspected.

9. Your rights

Within the scope of KVKK and applicable data protection legislation; You have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to correct, delete, to learn the persons to whom the transfer is made, to object and to claim compensation in case of damage.
