1. How to initiate a request?

You can use the request form on this page to request the deletion of your MiniTakip account and associated personal data.

2. Identity and authorization verification

For security reasons, additional information may be requested to verify that the request is made by the actual account owner, parent/legal representative, or authorized school administrator.

3. What data is deleted?

  • Account profile, contact information and authentication record.
  • User's notification tokens, profile photo and application preferences.
  • Messages, reports, photos and school records linked to the account are deleted or anonymized after checking authority and regulatory compliance.
  • Reasonable technical steps are taken to delete the relevant records held by the service providers.

4. What data can be stored?

Records necessary for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, accounting, payment verification, prevention of abuse or the establishment and protection of a right may be kept for the period allowed by the legislation.

5. How long does it take to complete?

Requests are reviewed within a reasonable time. Applications within the scope of KVKK will be answered within 30 days at the latest. Technical deletions may require additional time depending on the scope of the request and the processes of third-party service providers.

6. If there is subscription or payment

Account deletion request may not automatically cancel app store subscriptions. For active subscriptions, you may need to cancel through your relevant store account.
