1. Description of the service

MiniTracking; It is a mobile application and web management platform that digitizes school, teacher, parent and student processes. Service; It may include classroom management, parent information, messaging, announcements, reporting, photo sharing and payment/subscription processes.

2. Account and authorization

• Users are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of their account information.
• School, teacher, parent, and other roles can only access data within their given jurisdiction.
• It is prohibited to use someone else's account information, gain unauthorized access, or attempt to bypass security measures.

3. Content related to children and students

Student data and photographs should only be shared for educational, school management and parent information purposes. The school and authorized users are responsible for sharing student-related content in accordance with the law.

4. User obligations

• To provide accurate, up-to-date and legal information.
• Not to post inappropriate, misleading, discriminatory, harmful or illegal content.
• To respect the privacy and personal rights of other users.
• Not to use the Platform in a way that impairs security, performance or accessibility.

5. Fees and subscriptions

If paid features or subscriptions are offered, price, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the information shown by the relevant application store, payment provider or MiniTakip.

6. Intellectual property

MiniTakip brand, software, interfaces and design elements belong to MiniTakip or its licensors. The rights to the content uploaded by users continue to belong to the relevant user or institution; However, in order to provide the service, these contents can be processed in the MiniTakip infrastructure and shown to authorized users.

7. Service changes and access restriction

MiniTakip may make changes to the service for security, maintenance, regulatory compliance or product development purposes. In case of violation of terms, security risk or legal obligation, account access may be restricted temporarily or permanently.

8. Limit of liability

MiniTakip does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Users are responsible for the accuracy, authority and legality of the content they upload to the platform.

9. Applicable law and communication

These terms are subject to the law of the Republic of Türkiye. You can reach the support team for your questions and support requests.

10. iOS App License

The end user license for the iOS version of MiniTakip distributed through the Apple App Store is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):
