Is applying paid?
No. Applying and the review are free of charge; payment only comes up if your institution decides to use MiniTakip.
Who should fill in the form?
The authorised manager of the institution. Teacher and parent accounts are created from the institution's own management centre after approval.
How long does the review take?
Our team reviews applications in order and writes the result to the email address you provided. Applications with documents conclude faster.
Which documents should I add?
Adding documents is not required. An operating certificate, institution licence or director appointment letter speeds up the review.
Can I apply from outside Türkiye?
Yes. Country, currency and time zone are chosen in the form; institution records are kept in the currency and time zone you select.
How is my application data protected?
Application data is processed only for the review. The details are in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR/KVKK Disclosure Notice.
