Registration starts from the class list
In digital attendance, the teacher opens the current list of his/her class. Since the list is fed from institution records, new registrations, withdrawn students or class changes are automatically reflected; no separate list update is required.
Four states, one touch
For each student, one of the following statuses: arrived, absent, late or on leave is selected. It is important that late and leave records are kept separate: they are not confused with absences in reports and can be evaluated together with the leave document.
The institution sees the side instantly
As soon as the record is entered, it appears on the today screen in the corporate management center. The principal sees without waiting which class's attendance is missing and who is absent throughout the institution.
Any subsequent corrections are stored along with the transaction history; You can track when the record was changed.
The report is generated automatically
Daily records are accumulated by student and class. It is not necessary to count books to calculate the attendance rate at the end of the period; Absence lists and class occupancy metrics are available in the reports section.
Attendance alone is a small record; When collected in the institution panel, it turns into the checklist of the day.
