Nursery has a different day than kindergarten
In the nursery, the number of records kept per child is greater: sleep, meals, care status, observation. These records must be available during the day, at the time the work is done. A system that requires mass writing at the end of the day is quickly abandoned in the nursery.
Five questions to ask
During the demo or demonstration, ask to see these five topics in detail:
- How many touches does it take to enter sleep and meal records?
- Does allergy and medication information appear as a warning on the relevant screen?
- Are the authorized persons who can pick up the child registered?
- Do roles such as cook and accounting only see their own field?
- Can't the parent see any records other than their own child?
See capacity and pricing model
The number of students in nurseries changes during the term. A structure that charges per module creates unexpected costs as the organization grows. A progressive model based on active student capacity allows you to increase or decrease capacity as needs change.
In MiniTakip, packages are differentiated only by active student capacity; modules, roles and parent application are the same in every package.
Be sure to see the parent's side
A program that looks good on the institutional side may be weak on the parents' side. Open the screen that the parent sees yourself via the demo: is the day's summary collected in one place, is it possible to return to previous days, when is the notification sent?
The right program for the nursery is the one where the teacher can enter the record with minimal touches during the day.
